I wasn’t always the woman you see today.

I grew up the daughter of a mother battling addiction, and a father who was barely in the picture. I became a teen mom at 15 and married at 16 - looking for love, safety, and stability I never really had.

But instead of peace, I found pain. Abuse. Loneliness. Financial hardship. By 17, I was raising children alone after my husband went to prison. And though I remarried and tried again, the cycle of abuse repeated itself mentally, emotionally, physically.

I moved across states. Ran from broken beginnings. Came back home. And slowly… I began to rebuild.

This isn’t just a coaching business. It’s a movement, a ministry, a mirror.

She’s The Shift™ exists for the woman who:

Has given everything to everyone… and lost herself in the process
Is done shrinking and ready to stand tall
Feels the call to heal deeply, ignite confidence, focus forward, and thrive unapologetically

Because you’re not broken, sis. You’re becoming.
And I’m here to walk with you as you do.

And then life hit again.

I lost my oldest son to cancer.
I buried my parents. My grandparents.
I was forced to choose: break apart… or break open.

What I chose instead was becoming. I chose to rise. I chose to shift.

I took everything I’ve lived through—every bruise, breakdown, and breakthrough—and built a life of purpose. I went from surviving on scraps and sadness to earning six figures, leading women, and helping others rewrite their own life stories.

My story isn’t polished. It’s powerful.
Because I know what it means to carry pain in public and smile in silence.
